I visited Dubai in July 2021 with my sister and my experience with this company have been OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleaseant stay. 5 stars with no hesitation from start to finish.
We actually booked 2 activities with them : The private abu dhabi tour and the shared desert safari in dubai.
First Rahul the rep from Whatsap have been very patient, informative and pleasant to speak with from the beginning.He answered my numerous questions before I booked and even contacted me after my 2 activities to ensure everything has been great.
Then VIKAS! OMG, the most patient, helpful, galant service ever. He was our guide and driver to Abu Dhabi and gave us a ton of cool information regarding the area. Very polite and really a gentleman : ALWAYS opened the door for my sister and I.
He has been very caring, ensuring we did not forget anything, and really went above and beyond.
Not to mention our first day to abu dhabi got cancelled due to us not having a recent PCR test and getting refused at the border. Not only Vikas ensured we do not loose the full day, and arranged the safari desert the same day, but on top of it, he arranged someone to meet us at our hotel for the covid test so we could go back to abu dhabi the day after with our results. Also, they did not charged us any extra amount despite the fact that we attempted 2 times the Abu Dhabi Visit.
Then our driver to the desert safari: Abdul ! Very friendly, funny and PATIENT. My sister and I were part of his shared group safari which was arranged the same day ( a total of 4 guests so covid friendly). My sister and I had a back luck and were very late for our pickup, 45 min late.He has been extremely patient as he waited for us even though it was a group tour. Was greatly appreciated.
The ride was fun and pleasant. He let us put our music on his car so he could learn a bit about our culture. Very nice.
100% recommand this company. All the 3 employees were super accomodating

Le Louvre et son architecture valent le détour de Dubaï.
Les descriptions que ce soient des palais, des monuments en quittant Dubaï et en arrivant à Abu Dhabi apportent une véritable compréhension des émirats.
Réactivité, gentillesse, humour, je vous recommande les yeux fermés Bilal qui fera de cette journée un régal ✌️
Gros Bonus, les photos qu’il prend avec plaisir, notamment dans la mosquée sont top et vous aurez les meilleurs point de vue et le timing qui évite la foule.
Toutes ces attentions, ces détails font de ce daily tour un excellent moment du séjour

5 star for Bilal.he was very attentive and nice guide. He gave us a lot of information about Abu Dhabi and his English was very good. We visited beautiful places. The most beautiful was the grand mosque. I strongly recomend the guide- Bilal- and the company

Bilal was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and well organized. He made adjustments for our interests. Bilal did everything possible to make it a great day for us and we had a wonderful time. I note that viator needs some improvement in their administration. They did not always answer our messages. And they also sent an email with a tour update, but with the wrong time. The phone number on the email we were given to answer questions was an India number, and was out of service. Through Google I found the Dubai number for their sister company. That said, we overcame the mistakes and had a great day in Abu Dhabi with Bilal.

Pradeep was an awesome guide! He was very very friendly and knowledgeable about Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The tour included so many gems, entrance into The Louvre, tour of the Palace, lunch Buffett and entrance into the Mosque. We learned so much about the history and culture of the UAE.

It’s a great day touring Abu Dhabi with Bilal. We had a great fun day. He’s super patient, professional and with great sense of humor. We learned so much from him about the history of UAE and it’s absolutely wonderful to see all the sights in Abu Dhabi. Strongly recommend Bilal and the tour.

Amazing experience with our tour guide, Bilal. Fun, full of knowledge about the area.
The driving to Abu Dhabi was fun.
Meal was a buffet style, and was great.

Cool places, but the driver/guide was frustrating

My review will be mixed, since there were things I was quite happy with, and there were things I wasn't. I wish I could give this 3.5 stars instead of just 3, since it was a little above average, but it wasn't really worthy of 4 stars for being "very good."
The good:
The private tour was nice, and I saw a lot of beautiful places. My driver/guide (Durgesh) pointed out interesting things as we drove by, and was very accommodating whenever I asked him to take pics of me at various places (I was traveling solo) . He took pretty good pics of me too! On the way to Abu Dhabi we stopped off at an interesting "Mad Max" themed rest stop so I could wander for a bit and take pics, and he also suggested an additional stop that wasn't on the itinerary since there was time to squeeze it in, so I got to see the amazing presidential palace in Abu Dhabi too (which is definitely worth stopping to see!).
The not so good:
Durgesh seemed stuck on a script and didn't seem like he knew how to go off-script, or perhaps he just wasn't as fluent in English as he seemed. He continually rattled off facts and bits of trivia, which was great, but he was not responsive to questions or when I commented on something, which was bad. For instance, when I said things such as, "No, I can't see what you're talking about since the roof of the car cuts off my view," he continued on as if he didn't hear me or didn't understand me. Since he was in the driver's seat he was able to see a lot more than I could from the middle seat because the roof of the van cut off my view, but he didn't seem to understand that and was constantly pointing out things that I couldn't see. To make matters worse, he kept telling me about them even after I told him plainly that I couldn't see whatever he was talking about (usually some high rise building).
So, he was very frustrating in that respect and I soon stopped trying to ask questions about things or trying to have any conversation with him. It was just easier not to say anything. I don't think he was intentionally being rude or anything, I just think he didn't understand English as well as he pretended. Durgesh was patient and professional, and took pretty good pictures of me, but I wouldn't want to do another tour with him because it was frustrating when he didn't listen or maybe just didn't understand, which was a lot.
Would I book again with this company? Probably, but only if I had another driver/guide.
