I wanted to tell you several things in praise of Mahmoud ali tour leader. At the beginning of the trip, he welcomed us with a smile and explained everything to us and was really pleasant. We contacted him and asked him to organize several trips for us. Mahmoud was available for us all the time and always answered us both on WhatsApp and on the phone. It is not understandable that he was with us at the airport in these difficult moments that we missed the flight because of a mistake by the driver who took the wrong route and therefore we were late. Mahmoud did everything to make us satisfied . In fact, we are all human, so we were not angry and trusted Mahmoud to fix everything, Mahmoud is a very kind and welcoming guy to the tourist and we really had the pleasure of working with him and I will highly recommend him to my friends who need to come to Dubai soon
