Dubai Museum & Al Fahidi Fort

Dubai Museum is the main museum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is located in the Al Fahidi Fort, built in 1787 and is the oldest existing building in Dubai. The museum was opened by the Ruler of Dubai in 1971, with the aim of presenting the traditional way of life in the Emirate of Dubai.

Zabeel Palace

Zabeel Palace is the home of Shaikh Rashid, UAE’s former prime minister. It is constructed in the Zabeel area, which was formerly just bare land covered with sand. Today, it is surrounded by all the glitzy buildings that make up the skyline of Dubai. Another Zabeel Palace has also cropped up in the vicinity, but it is the old palace that is full of charms. This palace was constructed sometime in the 1960s and was used as a residence till the 90s. The design of this palace is the idea of Otto Bulart who also designed the Clock Tower in Dubai.

This tour around Dubai was a very worthy experience! We were picked up at our hotel by Adnan who was very professional and polite, in a very comfortable and clean SUV.
Adman had an amazingly interesting way of explaining the history and facts of UAE and of its religious beliefs and traditions. I loved the way he explained everything so passionate and patiently at the same time.
We visited various interesting locations and I enjoyed the gold and spice souks a lot, and was impressed by how much Dubai developed since my last visit in 2012.
Adnan was also our “designated photographer”, and did an amazing job on that too

Highly recommend this tour of the city! Adnan our tour guide was amazing. He was very informed, spoke very good english, and gave us so much interesting information about the country, the history, and dubai itself. We made several stops, where he would give us background information of the place and take AMAZING pictures of me and my husband (he is a great photographer!)
Overall if you want to get to know Dubai’s most important places in a day we recommend taking this tour. You will leave with great knowledge and great pictures!

Full day Dubai tour

Our first driver was on time, the car was clean, he was very nice, and drove safely as he took us around Dubai. Partway through the tour, we realized that the tour did not match what we had expected. We were looking to learn about Dubai and the history of the city, at least more than pointing out landmarks. We called the company and they remedied our issue while we stopped for lunch.

Rehman was INCREDIBLE. His knowledge of the city is unmatched. He was friendly, personable, and truly has a passion for what he does. He took us around the city, and really introduced us to Dubai. We told him we had some issues earlier with one of our stops and he was kind enough to take us back and come with us to guide us through to make sure we had a smooth experience.

Rehman is truly an amazing guide. Book him!

A Great Day in Dubai

We booked the full day private tour and were picked up at our hotel by our guide who was very knowledgeable, charming and easy to understand. There are a large number of stops and many areas visited. A very interesting day in a beautiful city. The vehicle was comfortable and water was provided. There was time worked into the schedule for us to get lunch and do a little exploring on our own. Our guide was good at answering any questions. We will always look back fondly on our tour as it gave us a real view of the many area of a beautiful city. I highly recommend this tour and our young energetic Pakistani guide.

My Family had a great day trip with Rahman. Went around different places with ample time for pictures. Got great suggestions for shopping places at souq and having lunch at Bayt Al Waqeel with the view of the moving abras around us.
Covered JBR, Marina, Al Seef, Spice and Gold Souk, Dubai Frame, Palace, Atlantis (The Pointe), Jumeirah Beach, Palm Jumeirah and saw much more on the way as well. Would definitely suggest this tour for touring Dubai by road

An excellent overview of Dubai in one day with a very knowledgeable and eager to please guide, Raman, who went out of his way to help us see sights that were not on the normal itinerary.
Having lived in Dubai in the late 1970’s we were eager to see the old Clock Tower roundabout and the Creek area. The tour brought back some wonderful happy memories!!

Our guide Ramon was excellent and the service allowed us to set the itinerary but they wanted extra payment to take us to everything we had on our list even though the whole itinerary was in town and completed in the 8-hour allotment. The guide was very accommodating to my handicapped wife.
