WOW!! What an awesome experience! From start to finish this early morning flight was extremely well organised. Leo kept myself informed constantly, communicating via whatsapp. He would answer any enquires asked immediately. Zaman the pick up driver, arrived to the minute of the stated arrival time. He was extremely polite, smart, and drove an immaculate vehicle, safely to our departure point. The ‘ TAKE OFF’ point was well organised, offering hot drinks as we watched the BALLOON being inflated. Accessing the basket was a little tricky, but all staff were very helpful, supporting those that struggled slightly. The pilot was very informative, as we gently glided across the desert, with breath taking views and a spectacular sunrise to observe .We were able to hold a falcon if we chose to during the flight. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Amazing a must do in Dubai!

This experience was an absolute highlight of our Dubai tour. We had an amazing time sky high learning about the falcon and watching it delight us all with its perfect flight from inside the balloon. The views were breathtaking and driver of the balloon was so calm and experienced which made our flight that more relaxed and enjoyable. It wasn’t squashed nor felt too crowded. We were enjoying it so much we were sad it had to come to an end. Wonderful team also managing the balloon set up and pack away. Friendly fast and efficient with no waiting around for ages to take off and land. Our driver picked us up from the hotel nice and early so we could enjoy a coffee and watch the majestic balloons rise on site. He was friendly and everything was so well organised and enjoyable.

It was an amazing experience. Even though I’ve seen people do this, it was one of a kind experience. The staff was really kind especially Mr. Leo who has made the whole process really smooth. Big shout out to people who are looking for Hot Air Balloon, this is the place to do it

It was an awesome experience as the view was scenic and all the crew were professional. The coordinator (Leo) contacted me the day before the trip to confirm the meeting time at my hotel. The driver that picked us up from my hotel told us how many (hotels and toilet) stops he would be making and the duration to each stop. Hot tea/coffee was provided before the balloon ride and water during the ride. Desert was cold in the early morning and we forgot to bring jacket. The crew kindly loaned us their jacket. The balloon driver explained how to maneuver the balloon during the ride and the landing was smooth. The falcon caretaker helped us take photo with the falcon free-of-charge. This is an expensive activity but I think it is totally worthwhile.

Overall an excellent experience, pick up and drop off from hotel, after booking was contacted by Leo to organize pick up time he was extremely helpful answered any questions you made have. Our captain pilot Pasi was amazing, felt completely relaxed and comfortable with him. Would 100% recommend this experience the views of the sunset are epic!

An overall fantastic experience, from start to finish. Everyone involved was so kind, accommodating and professional. Pick up and drop off were swift and right on time. Our pilot was amazing, having decades of experience. He was super patient in briefing us and making sure that everyone felt comfortable. The weather conditions were great. We watched the sunrise over the desert, saw gazelles and just floated around in serenity for one beautiful, perfect hour. I would 1000% recommend this unforgettable experience. The desert has never looked this good before, absolutely stunning views!!
